The staff were exceptional in helping with any request I had from day tours, where to eat, to booking buses and it began from emails prior to arriving which was awesome. Excellent location to everything and super clean
Rooms are nice and big and staff were generally very helpful and friendly. Restaurant next door has nice food and location is close to lost of other places to grab food
There was no water running in the hostel several times during our stay. Toilets weren’t flushed (so pretty gross to arrive to) and no showers until hours later when it came back on but then went off again later that night. We were just told someone was fixing it but I don’t know if this is a common occurrence or not but just as a warning.
Staff were helpful. Hostel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was very good.
Toilets and running water did not work both of the nights we stayed. This was not communicated to us and no solutions were offered by the hostel. Very noisy. Windows wide open next to beds and difficult to shut. The need to be buzzed both in and out of the building was an annoyance.
The room was large, bed was comfortable. The accommodation will store your bags if you have a late flight. There are good common areas and kitchen facilities, including Netflix on the lounge TV (but we didn't test it) there's not too much to do in the area but within a few minutes walk there's lots of places to eat.
Arrived to check in mid afternoon and was told I would have to wait till the staff meeting finished before checking in. Was shown to A room with no sheets on the bed first then onto another room where we actually stayed. The "restaurant" next door advertises drink specials at happy hour, but for almost the whole 2 hours we couldn't get any drinks because they didn't have any. The breakfast included was made off site and delivered to the hotel. One choice only. We arrived to 2 dead cockroaches on the middle of the floor. It was also cheaper to book there in person for our dates instead of on booking.com which was disappointing. Cash only, no cards.
This is the worst hostel I have ever been too. They made us pay for the hostel twice because they were convinced we didn’t pay for the room. The rooms are not good. Bathrooms are dirty and don’t have warm water. Service of the hostel was bad. There was no one at reception all the time and they need to open the front door for you.
