Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the friendly and professional staff, the excellent breakfast, and the beautiful, historic atmosphere of the hotel. The pools, especially the thermal ones, were frequently highlighted as a standout feature. Many appreciated the unique charm and elegance of the property, as well as the quality of the food. However, some guests noted that parts of the hotel and rooms are dated and in need of refurbishment, and there were occasional complaints about cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast variety. Overall, the positive aspects of service, amenities, and ambiance stood out most.
