The Windows are not of these days.
Location was superb! The breakfast that was included was excellent . Loved the rooftop deck. Great experience.
I'm staying a lot at Hotel Vitale due to business trips to SF, I keep coming back since the location of the hotel is a Homeless free area and as a woman that travels by herself, feel secure is an essential part of my travel. The reason why I didn't give the hotel 10 score rating, that one time I received a very noisy room and another time the girl at the check-in tried to give me another type of room from the one I booked, but luckily the front desk manager figured it out and was able to solve those issues
Where do I begin When I arrived the bell boy “grabbed” my bags from the taxi however he left one behind thinking it was the t’axa bag because it was “small” At reception I asked them to check the cameras to see the taxi drivers company and plate number, she couldn’t do so because only the manager can and the manager was doing an “errand” in the hotel. When I asked her to contact him she said he doesn’t have his walkie talkie on him nor his cell phone. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes till he came and started checking the cameras and checking. Thankfully they managed to track it down and I got it the following day but I had to constantly reach out for any updates. Not to mention no one helped me with my luggage upon arrival to my room nor at my departure. Being a luxury hotel you’d expect there to be slippers in the room there were none along with no shower gel. Lastly trying to wash away the frustration I end up being more aggravated when I’m mid shower and the bath is clogged so I’m standing more than ankle deep in dirty water. Not to mention the pizza from room service was the worst pizza I had in my life.
