Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and they were all awesome! We arrived a bit early and they got us checked in!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate. Also like the security outside doors that required key to gain access to the rooms.
Furniture was very dated! One corner of the coffee table was broken off. Other furniture was really worn. The small refrigerator is not well secured and did not sit correctly in the space. The shower/tub faucet leaks badly running all night dripping. This was brought to the maintenance person. But, did not get addressed. A waste of water. Swimming pool could also use re-plastering. Was not very inviting.
Room a bit old, but overall OK.. Need to maintain and repair the windows for better safety
Great location, next to the highway and attractions. Great breakfast! It's a good price for the location. This hotel gets everything!
The hotel is generally dated. Old facility with some maintenance. There's smell comes from the pipe or drain. Cleaning ladies, some staff and the breakfast area staffs are great, very polite and helpful. But the night shift Staff are not that friendly and helpful. We have 2 adults and 2 young kids, we requested for extra blanket, pillow, liner and towels. The front desk staff told me he is on his own, and he gave me a few "Sigh" when i called for the 2nd time after waiting for 1.5 hours. It took almost 2.5 hours for them to send spare items to our room, which is already 11:38pm local time and 2:38am in our time. We are already exhausted from long flight and still stay up to wait for the pillow and blanket to rest.
I liked the location that's why I chose that hotel. I am familiar with the area. And the fact that they offered a breakfast. There are a lot of amenities in the Mission Valley/Fashion Valley area; grocery stores, shopping, food, and easy access to freeways.
The only thing that disturbed me was that there were some sugar ants in the bathroom area. It wasn't real bad. Just a few scouters looking for water and food. I did forget to mention it to the front desk though.
