Pros (+) Nothing, the owner and manager were incredibly rude, snotty, homophobic, made threats, tried to invalidate our stay and keep the room and deposit. They were also racist and broke the law in demanding to see my disability paperwork for myself and my service dog, which I provided what I legally had to and then some. Pros (+) I like that I could cancelled my reservation, the manager there accept to cancel with no charge.
Cons (-) The place was scary, dark, and the rooms are the worst, I had ask for a non smoking and it stinks, the beds look like someone was sitting down on them, and the restrooms was the scariest thing ever, there was a a huge black circle of I don't know what on the tub, gross. When I got there, I ask to see the room and can't believe that she gave me that room to see, the worst, so I cancelled it.
