No help at the counter. One person for a 4 story facility, no security guards, seedy characters
More help more security
Nothing. I didn’t stay in the rooms it’s was disgusting
There was body fluids all over the place and food in the carpet. Was so gross I checked out immediately
Awesome guy working. Very nice. The room was nice for the most part.
Smelly hallways, dirty floor in hallways and rooms. Only 2 pillows in room.
This hotel is a dump. Dirty, in a not-so-great neighborhood, old beat-up furniture, etc. I can't believe Rodeway still allows this place to use its name.
Stay away from this place specially if you travel with family. There were people in the back parking lot drinking beer and smoking marijuana, I told the lady at the front desk about it but didn't do anything. Could hear the people in the next room doing their "business ". Breakfast was terrible. I can't think of anything good about this place, definitely a big mistake staying there
Room smelled like smoke and heavy cleaning products. It looked like there was a knife fight in the bathroom. I went for a large conference in SLC and they raised the room rate up over 400% which made the stay just painful considering how terrible it was. At $40 a night then fine, I know what I'm getting, but at the inflated price point they're just robbing me. Also, you could literally get robbed at the Rodeway in too, so be careful.
There was throw up on the floor and cigarette burns on the comforters.
This hotel is worse than bad. The dirtiest, noisier the, most uncomfortable hotel i have ever been to. You'don't be better off sleeping under a bridge than this place!
It was easy to find and the employees were courteous.
It didn't feel very clean there. I found someone else's hair in the shoer and the furniture had seen much better days.
Homeless people camping in the parking lot
There was nothing good about my stay
There was nothing good about this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone. There were homeless people sitting in the parking lot the whole duration of my stay, the showers were filthy with dirt, the bedding was old and dated unlike pictured on several websites. I also noticed when first arriving we had no shampoo or towels and when I went to the front to ask for some they acted as if I were lying about the items not being in the room. The whole experience was a joke and I would never stay at a Rodeway Inn again.
Was a dirty little room that should of cost 30 dollars
Price was very cheap for the location, and now I know why!
We could hear other guest's doors being opened and closed all night long. Also people talking in the hallway were perfectly audible inside our room. The bathroom shower finish was peeling and dingy. Towels came with stains. Check-in took a long time.
