Really friendly staff. Hotel has lots of things to keep kids entertained.
If you need to contact the hotel after your stay for whatever reason, you will be left waiting. After numerous emails and phone calls I still have not received a call back or even an email. Reception and manager are rediculously hard to get in contact with.
