The car was not available!!
Cons: Its horrable after reserving and detucting the fees the company informed me that no such car available!! I want my money back!

Pros: pickup/drop off was easy. they replaced the car when their rental broke down (bad battery).
Cons: They overcharged me for booking a 'standard' size car, which I understood to be a full size car. It turns out they gave me a midsize car only. Be careful not to be tricked by their shady tactics and false car categorization.
