Pros (+) Free shuttle was nice. The one pool they had was really nice. Villa was big and clean
Cons (-) The wifi which was promised was barely working. After calling the front desk about it I was told they had a tech working on it. 6 hours later still nothing. When I walked to the front desk I was treated rudely and by one of the staff as if this was the first time I had brought up the issue. Also the TV wasn't working. Also, there is no "spa" to speak of and was told it was not located at the hotel...
