Pros (+) Nothing. Didn't even get to the room because of their pet policy. They only allow one we had two.

Pros (+) The facility in need of update but worth updating. We felt safe and since my sister and I are in our 70's that was very important. The staff were all exceptional, desk, housekeeping and maintenance. Very clean and comfortable. A breakfast bar would be great . This facility needs new plumbing and more electrical outlets. I would stay again.

Pros (+) I liked all of my experience including, but not limited to; housekeeping performance and professionalism, garden and landscaping, pool access, and check in/out process.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was how small the fitness center was. It only had 3 machines and for being a newly built hotel, I would have expected more, but maybe it is in the works and I just visited earlier than their construction plans are being finalized.

Pros (+) The rooms had tall ceilings, comfy beds, and the AC was cold. All good things I usually don't get at hotels. The location was convenient to what I needed. The staff was pleasant. The interior of the rooms were clean and well maintained. The place is being updated.
Cons (-) The stairways and walk ways were sticky dirty and the walls are exceptionally thin. The whole first night we heard our neighbors partying and screaming.

Pros (+) The employee was nice... Didn't stay here though
Cons (-) reservation was for a NON smoking room.... When I arrive I was booked for a smoking room and that's all they had available. I am mad at kayak not the hotel because the employee was very nice and canceled my reservation so I could go elsewhere. I tried to call kayak but Noone answered. I won't be using this service again.
