Pros (+) Great quality, comfortable
Cons (-) Parking was a nightmare when there were events. The cars were being double parked deliberately because she lot was not large enough for the events. Also, the staff mixed up room numbers and woke me up 3 hours early because they were trying to deliver food to the wrong room

Pros (+) The lobby of the hotel looks elegant. Room was clean. The lady that checked us in smiled at us. Location was good.
Cons (-) Nightly charge I think is expensive. Couple hundred bucks a night but the room is not that worth. Ive stayed at some other hotels with breakfast for what I got charged.TV is 32 inch which I think is small. No water in the room. There are 2 sets of bath and hand towels which I think They should put more If some people bath 2x a day. Loud in the morning. I thought they were guests talking outside bu...

Cons (-) The beds are so hard it is impossibke for my wife and I to ever get a good nights rest. I am not sure sure if Hilton will ever be able to change this but it's a consistent experience.
