I had forgotten my watch in Moscow and Irina at Arkada helped us get it and couriered it to us in UAE. She helped us all along.

Twin room, ensuite: Room was small but appropriate size for the city, beds were okay, shower was hot with good pressure, wifi was good, directions were clear and precise, location is walk-able to main attractions or easy to reach with buses (metro would be a bit of walk), plenty of food nearby, free coffee and tea is excellent, laundry service was quick and affordable, room and hotel felt secure with key-card access, the first pair of staff we met were friendly and helpful with limited English but they tried hard to assist, AC functioned well
Walls, like elsewhere in Russia, are paper-thin, the noise from the TV next door kept us up at night, I found several hairs in the bed, mini-fridge was weak and did not keep things cold, hair dryer in the room has a broken heating element (I did ask at the desk for a replacement and they found one), other staff members had limited English and were not engaging, breakfast is not much for the money, several flights of stairs to get to get the hotel and more stairs to get to the room

Location is excellent. Very cozy and comfortable room, quiet and has all facilities. Good bed and linens. Staff is nice and very helpful.
Breakfast is quite poor. Second floor without lift.
