Pros (+) The location close to the old town, the hospital, and Olma Messen made getting around by foot easy. The staff was friendly and was comfortable with English and Swiss German. Breakfast was tasty, and it was quiet enough at night to make sleeping easy.
Cons (-) Nothing.
