They were so kind & so helpful with all our extra requests! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
Hotel is older, rooms are small, no fridge in room.
We didn't even stay there because they screwed up and told us we ere booked and then tried to offer us a different hotel that wasn't even close to quality of hiltons. How do you go from a double tree to a la Quinta? Hard to rate a stay when you didn't even stay. Not sure exactly if kayak dropped the ball or Hilton, but it was frustrating
The 70's want their broom back.
I didn't get bedbugs
The size of the room, decor and the 70's shower. Staff was acomidating but the room was ultimately disappointing.
Always enjoy this Doubletree.
Comfort and quality and service.
