Pros (+) Large room, small private balcony. Staff was welcoming.
Cons (-) Very outdated hotel room that has needed a renovation for a couple of decades. The elevator had a funky smell to it and the room had no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan, opening the window doesn't help much especially with the Rotorua aroma outside. The bathroom door showed signs of flooding damage. The pool was out of service during our visit and the breakfast was medicore at best.
