Friendly helpful staff, very nice breakfast, comfortable bed mattress. Excellent location
Bathroom, stiff tabs, shower screen too small. Would like some carpets or rug on the floor.
The breakfast was excellent in a lovely room. The location was a little out of the way, but was convenient for my husband's meeting at the University of Sapienza.
The only complaint voiced by every American there was that there was no dedicated printer next to the computer in the lobby for us to print out our boarding passes. First you had to transfer a pdf file to the office email at the hotel and then they would print it out or they would have to put it on a flash drive and transfer the file to the office. One poor guy was messing with the computer for more than an hour to get things to work. Definitely NOT ACCEPTABLE for the otherwise excellent service!
Good size towels. Water pressure and hot water were good. Room service was great. Room had 2 usb chargers to charge your devices without an adapter, which was very helpful. Proximity to Termini station was great and the Castro Pretorio station is literally around the corner which was perfect. One stop on the metro to Termini. Made it very easy to get around. Some nice spots to eat that are very close by as well.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable. It kept cutting out and sometimes it would not connect at all! The rooms are not very soundproof. We could hear the neighbouring rooms (shower, toilet flushing, etc...). Would have been nice if there were a fridge in the room, even a tiny one, to keep some cold water in. Found it quite curious that they want you to leave your room key when you go out and ask for it when you return.
Great Breakfast. fresh products.
great toiletries, amazing breakfast, friendly staff
wasn't told to leave the key at night and therefore I was a little bit worried when I returned about safety as I waited for the door to be opened.
