Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Rome's main attractions on foot. Several reviews highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms as a positive aspect. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty floors and bathrooms in multiple reviews. Service was also a common concern, with complaints about unresponsive or absent staff and issues during check-in. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, but this was not a universal complaint. Overall, the location and room size were the most appreciated features, while cleanliness and service require improvement.
