Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly report issues with cleanliness, including mold, dirt, and pests in rooms and common areas. Many also mention poor service, with unresponsive staff and problems with room preparation, amenities, and communication. Breakfast is frequently described as subpar, with limited options and poor quality. However, some guests appreciate the hotel's location and find it convenient. A few reviews note comfortable beds and organized spaces, but these positives are outweighed by the negative experiences.
