Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. However, many were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, citing dirty linens, bathrooms, and a general lack of upkeep. Service was often described as unhelpful or uninterested, with some guests experiencing issues such as missing towels, poor communication, and unresponsive staff. Breakfast was also frequently mentioned as lacking in variety or quality. Overall, while the location was a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast offerings.
