Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast variety, convenient location near the beach and attractions, and a well-maintained pool as standout features. While many found the rooms and cleanliness satisfactory, some mentioned that the hotel and rooms are dated, with occasional issues related to noise, air conditioning, and bathroom facilities. Overall, the positives such as service, breakfast, and amenities outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
