Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to provide information and assistance. Cleanliness was also highlighted as a positive aspect in several reviews. However, a recurring negative theme was the lack of air conditioning or adequate ventilation in some rooms, which made them uncomfortably warm, especially during summer. Some guests also mentioned outdated furniture or beds, and a few noted issues with amenities such as the absence of a fan or air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was positive, with many guests recommending the hotel for its location and service.
