The staff helped me for receiving some tickets for a concert, as I was unable to request delivery to my country. They allowed us to check-in 2 hours earlier. The location was great, right in the center, easily to reach by local transport. Comfortable beds.

the personeel, the kindness, very clean and modern, location, helpfull, breakfast was tasteful. We really enjoyed our stay.
The only min point was the parking garage, they should beter inform the guest about the parking garage, I parked in the wrong one, which was closed on sundays. It was a matter of miscommunication between me and the owner of the hotel between parkhaus Rathaus Zentrum and Parkhaus Zentrum, which is for non locals a bit confusing. But they were very helpfull to solve the problem. Perhaps this should be described on their homepage.
