Pros (+) The motel is very convenient to everything. It was clean and breakfast was good.
Cons (-) The train goes by right across the street. With door and window closed the noise was hardly noticeable. We were 4 adults trying to share a room with two queen beds. The bathroom was small and the wash basin was in the same room as the tub/shower. Fine for 1 person or a couple, but not good for 4 adults. the room was too small for three suit cases. Would have been OK for a couple with their two kid...

Pros (+) Clean, friendly service, fresh rooms (recently updated). Would definitely stay again
Cons (-) Low rumble from rail line across the road (easily covered if the Fan in the A/C unit is running) and lack of Window covering in Bathroom (causing our 10 month old sleeping in a playpen in the bathroom to wake up at dawn).
