Cons: The room reeked of smoke

Pros: No refrigerator. Diabetic needed to refrigerate insulin.

Pros: Location.

Cons: One of the desk clerks was extremely rude. Also, people in the room next door were smoking in a non-smoking room.

Pros: I had forgot my phone and when I called they had it even a day after I had checked out. I was able to retrieve my phone. Nice honest people. Thank you so much!!!

Pros: The staff was Awesome!!! The lady that helped me was just grate. Very nice and friendly. When we walked in the room it smelled so good!! like they just cleaned it up.

Cons: well, The room itself was VERY small, beds and sheets are not clean and the DRUGS that surrounded this place is crazy. I know the staff can see what is going on. People that stay here are up all night doing drugs in the parking lot by your car. Its very loud and you won't be able to sleep if you stay here.

Pros: The lady at the desk was super nice when we checked in

Cons: You can hear everything through the door. People walking by talking loud and playing music at all hours waking me up. The "security" guy is super disrespectful as well and will stand outside your door laughing super loud while he flirts with the female motel patrons. I realize when I am staying in a budget motel it is not going to be super fantastic, however.... it's definitely a lower class citizen type of place. Cigarette burns in the bed spread in a non smoking room, things like that are to be expected. The rude disrespectful noise outside is unacceptable. Traffic and mouth noise constantly

Pros: Rooms were well insulated from outside noise. My room had a refrigerator.

Cons: The beds were extremely uncomfortable

Cons: The price per night was way more than it should have been for a standard fare hotel. There were no fancy additions and its location was just off of the freeway as intended for convenience of travelers.

Cons: It seemed to be a transit location. People live iin the hotel, cops cruising the parking lot, people smoking outside my door, looked like a druggie area.

Pros: The location was ok.

Cons: Rundown motel, additional $10 pet charge even though I filtered for a pet, no continental breakfast due to "Covid" although everything was available in local stores, NO hot water 7am to 7pm. Motel is being renovated but not existing rental side. Unhappy

Cons: It was being remodeled and I wasn’t informed before booking. I was in a room with broken bed. My room was at end of hallway did not feel safe. They did move me to another room bed was still not comfortable and room was very cold.

Pros: The property is very well located in the center of South Reno and will soon host a well-regarded Reno restaurant. The staff was friendly and cheerful.

Cons: The property has clearly seen better days. The furnishings and appliances are all at least 35-40 years old and it shows. The cement along the walkways around the upstairs floors is starting to crumble visibly and will soon become a safety hazard. The breakfast is more cheap than cheerful, containing no fresh fruits or vegetables and only pre-packaged items.

Cons: The remote didn't work for the TV what so ever and I even replaced batteries thinking that was the problem lol still no go and fan didn't work in the bathroom no ventilation.

Cons: Room was dirty used men’s underwear hanging on bathroom door with large dirty towel. Walls, table surfaces, and door handles dirty stayed in two different rooms both had not been wiped down to try and keep guest safe I had to buy hand wipes and clean both room surfaces, also no mention of breakfast being cancelled by any staff not posted at desk area either but booking add states breakfast is included in the price I paid. Also rates are not what booking stated I’m checking out now we’ll see if the front desk fixes anything also no one ever came to retrieve the dirty underwear and towel left in my room it’s still by the door gross

Cons: The building was falling apart, rusted banisters and the concrete was crumbling on the second floor. Very dangerous.

Pros: Although the room was very dirty with blood spray on the bathroom ceiling and wall. The housekeeping staff were nice

Cons: First it’s two properties, Days inn, and super 8. There are no differences in the rooms it’s all one small property the only difference is pricing last night the super 8 rooms were more than the days inn rooms although I was told the days inn rooms were better somehow. I stayed 3 days in a days inn side room. The room had no heat or air conditioning the entire time I was there. It was shut off completely to be switched from heat to cooling. So dealt with cold at night. But the days were stifling there’s no windows to open and I asked two days in a row for a fan they stated would be available. They ran out. The front desk girl suggested I leave my door open. I won’t even address how wrong and unsafe a suggestion that was. I found dirty men’s underwear hanging behind the bathroom door. I dropped my room key behind the little refrigerator and when I looked behind it to grab it there was dried dog poop there I took a picture. Then I kept staring at these tiny spots on the bathroom walls and ceiling so I got closer and wiped at it with a hand towel it was blood spray I also took pictures. I was also charged different rates each night and not the rates I booked the rooms at and last of all the desk manager Jennifer was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She actually threw my room card at me so if you check your cameras it’s on there. Oh and last your booking rooms claiming breakfast is included in the room rate still as of today but your not serving anything claiming that groceries are to expensive that what your one sign said that was posted only one the side door that leads to the pool area not posted at front desk or front door area till complained to Jennifer the manager probably why she threw my room key at me. Wyndham is the corporation who owns this property I have filed a complaint with them I will post how they resolve these issues. I stayed at this property because of the Wyndham name and I hope that no one else has the experience I did

Pros: The agent that checked me in was the opposite of the staff that was friendly, atyenyice and shiwed smiles that wanted me to stay. The room drapes looked like it was bloody. No dreakfast due to no food was items could be available to purchase.

Cons: Water and heat was to be turned off buy was rescheduled. TV was not a flat screen My face towel was dirty like it was earlier used in oil change. Pillows need to be 10 inches to be called a sleeping pillow. The location was the other positve

Pros: I thought it was fine for a basic cheap hotel. It was clean and a place to sleep. Don't expect more than what you are paying for.

Cons: I thought the continental breakfast was pretty bad. They didn't even provide half and half for coffee, and their coffee was not good black. Mostly packaged food and unripe fruit. I would think most people would have to go get another breakfast.

Cons: Could not get a ground level room, my partner has difficulty walking, l asked for a ground level room was told none available, there were hardly any cars in parking, she struggled to climb stairs.

Pros: only COCERN WAS THEY ADVERTISED A FULL BREAKFAST BUT THEN SAID BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO GET TO GROCERY STORE IT WAS UNAVAILABLE. BUT THEY DID NOT OFFER A REBATE OR OTHER HELP

Cons: Dirty and unsafe for children. Broken/chipped furniture. Disgusting! The only reason we didn't leave is because we got in after 10pm and being on the road since 7am, with 3 children.

Cons: My room was extremely noisy. I think it had something to do with you for the plumbing for the heating and air-conditioning. But there was a mechanical sound all through the night. It was never quiet for more than three seconds at a time. You read that right. Never quiet for more than three seconds. This property is really run down and import shape.

Pros: The room was huge, cheap, and very comfortable.

Cons: A lot of construction on the building, bad location.
