The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was good as well.
The location was a bit off the path for traveling around Quebec attractions. Also, the room had a bit too much plastic.

clean, modern and spacious rooms. Excellent reception staff who were very prepared for every question we had and pre-empted a few as well. The breakfast and bar were very convenient. Breakfast options and quality were excellent. The kids loved the large windows and wanted to stay in the hotel instead of going sightseeing.
Using the key on the elevator was a little annoying at times.

We liked the security feature of having to scan your room key before you could push the button for your floor. Front staff clerks were very accommodating.
The parking area did not have security cameras and this trip we are traveling with expensive bicycles inside our truck so we would have felt better knowing the parking area was more secure and monitored. Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken.
