Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, comfortable beds, and good breakfast options. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as unclean bathrooms and the presence of cockroaches, as well as maintenance problems like malfunctioning AC and old amenities. Service was a mixed bag, with some guests commending the staff's politeness and helpfulness, while others reported slow or unresponsive service and difficulties with housekeeping. Overall, while the location and some amenities were well-received, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
