Cons (-) Well I noticed in the reviews that the only problem was the front desk and food. Front desk totally sucks but I do not believe it is intentional. We stayed in 9 hotels in 2 weeks traveling the island. This is a problem at every single one. I fo think it was mote the technology then the humans.
