The staff is great there and the beach is right out the back door. There is nothing around there unless you want to eat at the restaurant there at the resort which is overpriced and they don’t take anything other than cash. The beds were not very comfortable and the rooms were not very big and you are constantly asking for towels. They don’t even give you wash clothes. The staff is very very nice ...

Pros (+) The location at Playa Bonita Beach
Cons (-) The room was dirty and old. The toilet had rust on it. There were crumbs and dirt behind the furniture. There was no drain in the sink so I had to put a towel down. The glass outside the elevator was cracked. The paint was chipped. Other than the location everything about this could be better. Customer service was terrible as well.

Cons (-) Staff was unprofessional, guest were so rude loud and party all nite until 5 am running down the halls security unresponsive would not stay there again even if it was free.

Pros (+) Fantastic views, spectacular beach and access, and it terrific restaurant\bar next-door with a great happy hour right on the water !!! All the fancier resorts had a lot of fees attached where as Playa Bonita did not charge all those extra fees Through kayak we paid $81 a night
Cons (-) The rooms have some issues The drapes are difficult open, the doors squeak, the air-conditioner is very mediocre at best and our dresser drawers did not want to stay closed Probably because of the price it's pretty crowded and noisy on weekends

Cons (-) No confortable chairs in room Only 5 TV stations in English, 3 are news Resturant food is expensive, over priced/ Pool not heated Nothing else close by, no with in walking distance.
