So glad you had computers to help print out boarding passes. Front desk was FANTASTIC. Room was great and price was great!
it was clean and comfortable with high quality breakfast
the free space of the room was too small for 2 people.
Location good. Good parking.
Cleaners knock on doors before check-out. Parking: wanted 19 euro, although on booking site it was 16 euro, after some discussions they settled for 16 euro.
Hotel for short term stays.
I liked its location just away from all the hussle and bussel. the rooms are very nice as well with a really big and comfy bed to sleep in.all in all very nice hotel.
Breakfast was a big waste of money!! for the price the options are very limited. in other ibis hotels you get a cooked breakfast but not in this maybe that should change for the price.
Nice bar good for meeting point.
Convenient location, cleanliness.
Small room, seperate charge for breakfast, no leisure facilities at hotel, but able to use them at Novotel next door for small charge, but because of the inconvenience did not use them.
Perfect location, good transport to every part of town, quite area, many good restourants (basic good food and bear) in close proximity
No free internet in rooms, rooms a little too crowded
quiet, standard rooms not too far from centre
no hairdryer in the room, I forgot mine you could borrow one from reception but not always available
The location of the hotel is good, set back on a relatively quiet street off a main road. The transport links are really good with the Metro and trams only a few hundred metres away. You are also reasonably close (about half a mile) to Wenceslas square, the hotels title implies you are actually on the square, which you are not.
We found this hotel to be very basic, which in fairness is reflected in the rate. The orginal room we had been allocated was cramped and dirty, with flies and other insects present. After complaining we were eventually moved to another cleaner room. The staff were all young and tried to solve our problems but referred everything to Managrs who did not appear to be present on-site.There are no drinks making facilities provided in the rooms and the breakfast selection is poor for its price, much better to have your breakfast in a local cafe.
