No air conditioning Check in took TWO HOURS
Generally the room was okay, bathroom was fine, and general facilities were good.
Nice atmosphere, friendly stuff.
The reception and the breakfast was good. the access to the internet is good.
Old furniture in the executive rooms, and it stinks on the way to the room an also in the room. the bathtube was not so clean. the room facilities are very old(I think since my grandma was young). I saw 2 star hotel rooms that looked better than this rooms
What I liked about the top hotel prague: The executive rooms are not executive. The curtains dont close properly, the wifi doesnt work, the air con doesnt work, the fridges dont work. I like the snooty restaurant and reception staff and their currency conversion scam they operate for paying your bill. The swimming pool entrance is not included in the room rate, ever. In the Superior rooms, the air con doesnt work and you have to pay 20 euro per day for wired internet. Unless you too like all of this, move on, choose another hotel.
So, realise that you are not getting anything special with a executive room: The curtains did not shut properly, the beds were hard, the wifi didnt work and the air conditioning didnt work. The Television had 1 english news channel and that was it. I booked 10 nights. The hotel takes bookings in euro. However, they get you into a corner with this. Once you get to czech republic you can't get Euro. To pay the hotel in Czech crowns, they convert the euro total at an outrageously high conversion rate. They made me pay an extra 50 euro because of this. When I complained, the next morning about everything, I was faced with a rather agressive member of staff. After fighting with them for 1 hour they offered me an upgrade to a superior room.
budget friendly hotel
wellness is too expensive 8 euro/ hour also valid for children, difference between the hotels is not very clear Tpo hotel, top hotel Prague and Top hotel leisure center although a different star classification is applicable no difference in room was observed
