Clean comfortable room- Excellent food - kind and helpful staff
Location is okay
We were in Prague on vacation and the first time booked a kosher hotel. We were very surprised - it was the best of our hotel experience. The food was more than great, the cleanliness perfect, the staff very professional and friendly. Also the location of the hotel very good. Indeed it is not the cheapest hotel, but you get for your money everything that you need and want. Strongly recommend: for people who want kosher it is a must, but also for all others, it will be a good experience.
nice modern room
In this hotel, one feels unwelcome. Already upon check-in, they had technical issues in accepting my credit and debit card and instead of apologizing, they blamed me for it. Upon check-out time, the cleaning lady stormed the room where we still getting ready to leave. After she graciously agreed to give us another 5 minutes, the reception called and asked why we had not yet checked out. I travel a lot for work, but I have never seen anything like this hotel before. The service and politeness of the staff is not worth 5 stars.
Comfortable and clean.
We had a mostly comfortable stay, but there were a few weird things worth mentioning. This is a koser/jewish hotel with many conveniences oriented for participants in the religion. Most of the guests are Jewish, so if you dislike hearing constant hebrew, maybe choose a different hotel. This was not obvious via Kayak where I was doing searching, I should have dug a bit more. This did not effect our stay, was just surprised on arrival. - Our room was in the lower floor near the spa and a few service rooms. There was constant noise outside our room in the mornings. - One morning we had no water. - Our TV cable was unplugged so we just got static, had to investigate and plug it in. Just weird... - The marketing pictures for the hotel were extremely generous - border-line deceiving. Actual sizes of rooms were much smaller. - The location looks amazing, but street view it first. It's near a major intersection and highway. On the ground floor rooms you get some road noise. Overall, we were very laid back guests so these things didn't kill our trip, but these were the facts. In retrospect the price was probably not justified.
