Location was good to access Prague east bus station. Very quick check inn and check out
Friendly, helpful staff, very clean, warm and nice smell hotel. Food fresh and good value for money.
You can heard everything in the room from hall.
The proprietors were very friendly and helpful, even offering breakfast packs for our early start on the last day so we did not miss out. The linen was spotless, the rooms warm, the location a little far out, but easily accessible by public transport. As we spent so little time in our rooms, our needs were met, but just a few little added extras like the pillows and the beverages would have made the stay so much nicer.
The shower cubicle was far too small, even though this seems standard across Czech hotels. The tap wear took up half the space, making it awkward to wash yourself properly. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. You were laying pretty flat in the bed with the allocated pillow. The carpet was clean, but had many stains or marks on it. It seems that you pay for everything in Prague. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, only in the restaurant, and you had to pay.
I would like the stuff at breakfast to be more polite and less strict with the customers.
This hotel is really good. There is nothing more to say about it.
After 10pm there was quite noise (from downstairs, I was sleeping above restaurant)
