Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent location, with many mentioning proximity to the harbor, ferry, or ocean views. Cleanliness and room size were also highlighted as positives, with several guests noting recently renovated, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The service received positive remarks, especially regarding the helpful and friendly staff. However, a recurring negative was the lack of an elevator, which made access difficult for some guests, particularly those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, guests enjoyed their stays, especially appreciating the modern amenities and beautiful views.
