Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complain about poor service, unresponsive or rude staff, and organizational issues, with many reporting problems at reception and long check-in times. Cleanliness is another major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms and inadequate housekeeping. However, some guests appreciate the hotel's location, proximity to the sea, and value for price. A few reviews highlight positive aspects such as the food, pool, and certain helpful staff members, but these are outweighed by the negative experiences. Overall, the hotel receives mixed feedback, with significant room for improvement in service and cleanliness.
