Staff are overworked, underpaid, tired and grumpy. I stayed at the Oaks for 6 nights for a family wedding. The breakfast menu was limited, I had scrambled eggs one morning and the eggs tasted like rubber.. Cons (-) No WiFi, poor advertisement, as you cannot access it from the rooms...which makes planning excursions very difficult, touching base at work and keeping in touch with family back home impossible. $118 rate on the app and they charged us $159, as they stated they posted the wrong rate.
