Pros (+) Decided to make a quick trip down to the beach last minute. This hotel had the best price and was well taken care of. We had a great stay!

Pros (+) Easy access to dolphin dicks. Walk in two minutes. It's a older facility but clean and reasonably comfortable. We were fishing and active most of the time so we weren't that concerned about anything else except cleanliness and location. If you are planning a dolphin dicks trip the location is great there are quite a few other eateries etc within walking distance. Will stay there again
Cons (-) The toilet/tub portion of the bathroom is dated and in need of remodel. It worked for my self and my 14 yr old son but I do not think my wife or daughter would have been as happy. The tub drained very slow. Coming in from the beach with sand etc on you. The sand would not drain well because the tub would not drain as it should. May sound petty but every time my son showered and the tub finished dr...

Pros (+) I liked the price the cleanliness and the convenient location to the fishing spots and charters.
Cons (-) The breakfast wasn't set up early enough for people trying to catch the early fishing trips.

Cons (-) Rooms are fairly clean. Table top and dresser had food and drink spills on them. Bathroom floor tile was cracked up.
