Breakfast wonderful. Room service great. Staff 10out of 10. Very helpful. Nothing to much trouble. Great views. Over all wonderful place to relax. Thank you.

The fact the 3 staff on duty from check in to check out tried their best to sort the issue of the lock. Although there was no sign of a manager to help.
The fact that I checked in at 6 p.m. and checked out at 6a.m. and had to have my electronic key changed 8 times as it kept locking me out I think is totally unacceptable when paying £78 per night plus parking.
