Fantastic location and the parking is an enormous plus. Only a 5 minute walk from one of the main gates for the Pompei ruins. Room was large and functional with a great shower. Breakfast we adequate - although very bread based.
Some more variety in the breakfast - an addition of boiled eggs would be perfect.

The bathroom had a sewer vent leak which caused a terrible smell. On the plus side, they discovered it during housekeeping (whether it was our McGyver fix or the housekeeper noticing it, we don’t know...) and fixed it without us having to ask.
