Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's breathtaking mountain location, friendly and attentive staff, and high-quality food at both breakfast and dinner. Many highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and the family-friendly atmosphere, with special mentions for thoughtful gestures towards children. Some reviews pointed out minor drawbacks, such as noise from playgrounds, lack of air conditioning during heat waves, or limited breakfast variety, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. The wellness and spa facilities were also appreciated, though a few guests wished for more space or amenities. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, especially for families and nature lovers seeking a memorable mountain getaway.
