The hotel location is great , near Russian markets and not far from the airport. Reasonable price for tourist to just use the facilities during night time for sleeping.
Breakfast almost the same everyday but its fine. Pool is small and located near the front door and coffee shop where is crowded. Hotel staffs is not covered whenever need assistance always take long time to get services.
staff were great , the tried their best ad were very polite - not their fault
The photos looked much better than reality, you can see its been nice but is very tired and needs a makeover. The info on your site was also incorrect as you sad everything was closed, a lot was but the pool (for what it was!) was open. Expensive for what it was, wanted to transfer to another hotel but they took the payment up front so we couldn't, had to move on our last day as couldn't do it anymore. Breakfast poor !
Welcoming and helpful staff. Great breakfast . Comfortable rooms .
Building is a little tired .
Everything. The place, staff, breakfast and location are all great.
Nothing. The name is slightly misleading as the spa wasn't open and there wasn't any evidence of art.
The shower room had rotted wood arround the door frame. The wallpaper was peeling off. Whenever we required drinks in the hotel foyer there was no one available to serve and we had to go looking for staff. The biggest issue was mosquitos. I was very badly bitten in the hotel. The doors were always wide open and when we asked for them to be closed we were ignored. Despite air conditioning units and fans being available in the foyer they were not on.
