Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Temple University and local amenities, making it highly convenient for visitors. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, reviews were mixed regarding cleanliness and bed comfort, with some guests noting issues such as dated fixtures, inconsistent housekeeping, and uncomfortable beds. Noise was a recurring concern, particularly from nearby students and insufficiently sealed windows. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, while noise and some room features detracted from the experience.
