Pros (+) Room looked nice, great location to the boardwalk, housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the free kayaks! That is the main reason we picked this hotel.
Cons (-) The floor in our room was very dirty. Our feet turned black when we walked across it.

Pros (+) Location was great.
Cons (-) The pool doesn’t open until 9 am... this is way too late. Paddle board and kayak sign outs doesn’t start until 9 and there aren’t enough. The continental breakfast was rather bad. Food was stale and not enough protein. Consider adding eggs and/or more meat. Fix that damn waffle iron.

Cons (-) The bed and pillows could've been more comfortable. The toilet in the bathroom also kept on running and the fan didn't work.

Pros (+) They have complimentary bicycles, kayaks, floats, etc for guests to use which was nice! Front desk was also very friendly! Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Great location!

Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) People hanging out outside my room. Trash and laundry bins stored by elevators. No place to hang wet clothes.
