Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests complained about extremely poor cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, unwashed linens, and mold. Service was often described as rude or unhelpful, and some guests faced issues with deposits or room changes. However, several guests praised the hotel’s central location, good value for money, and the pool. A few reviewers also highlighted friendly staff and efficient problem-solving. Overall, while the hotel’s location and price are strong points, cleanliness and service are major concerns.
