Cons (-) The entryway hallways were left unlocked 24/7; the ceiling had water damage and it was stained all the way down the entryway walls, pretty unwelcoming. The plants were dead and left out in pots, better off with imitation plants. I actually moved a fake plant for the view and hid the real one off to the side...no chi.
