This hotel has unique lighthing and a levitated bed. It nears a lot of restaurants too.
We hated the bathroom. It's transparent, no curtain or whatever for optional closing. Uncomfortable for those who wanted privacy. The toilet and the bathroom are in separated rooms, so for those who need water to clean up, this will be a major problem.
I loved how extra friendly the staff was and it was easy to communicate with them.
I didn’t like that they don’t do lunch and dinner options
The LED-lightning and ceiling with starlight effect.
The bathroom. It was only possible to shower in the bath, which was quite a hassle and dangerous when stepping out of it. Also keep in mind the shower is completely see-through when booking this room. If you don’t want your travelling partner to see you naked this is not the room for you. Also it’s quite far away from the city centre and the elevator didn’t work at night, so if you are sleeping in a room on the 4th floor that’s not really nice.
The led blue lights in the room
Nearly cold water in the shower. Place for the breakfast not really comfortable. The hair dryer was out of use. The lift was put out of use during the night because it was too noisy. No opportunity to park a SUV in the parking of the hotel and no accurate information about where to find a public parking in the neighborhood.
On walking into reception I was greeted by the biggest smile I’ve seen from two lovely girls who asked about my journey to the hotel. I was offered to check in straight away and drop my bag off and given a free complimentary drink voucher to use at the bar. Although I got an email the day before saying hotel check in was around 4pm the ladies at reception said I could check in well ahead of my time and drop off my items. The room was just like the pictures - subtle and neon nights, suspended bed, and a good shower. I had two great night sleeps and even though I was on the first floor I heard no noise from anyone else in the hotel or from outside. The room was very unique - dark, yet romantic, modern but with a French twist. The staff in the hotel made it worth the stay.
The location was the worst feature as although it’s close by to some facilities and attractions - not the attractions I wanted to go to. However, this is a personal preference not the hotels fault. Although a good hotel I will stay north of the river next time. There were a few marks on the hotel wall and light switches (general wear and tear) and throughout the hotel (for example the bottom step on the staircase had not been painted). I had trouble getting in the on two nights out. Although reception opened the door and let me in (on the second night I had to press the buzzer and 2-3 minutes later a gentleman came out from behind the scenes who was also very pleasant and asked how my night/morning had gone) I would have preferred just to have put my key card in the entrance door and have it automatically open.
