Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests found the beds comfortable and praised the friendliness of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, and some guests felt the hotel was located in a less safe or less desirable neighborhood. The location was seen as convenient for public transport by some, but too far from the city center by others.
