Every single person at the reception desk was adorable, helpful ! Lovely to have such personnel in Paris. They heard my point regarding the sick person and offered a solution. The cleaning is done on a daily basis. The premises are modern and clean The hotel/ hostel is ideally placed, the neighbourhood is nice and has everything one may need at a sort walking distance. There are many public transportation options near by.
The rules regarding courtesy with the other guests sharing the room should be clearly stated, for instance not leaving dirty stuff, especially tissues. Also super important hygiene and rules regarding sick people. We agree to share rooms which are small but not to share the dirt of the others and their sickness. In my room there was a sick girl who didn't shower, stayed in, didn't use the bed linen and kept the dirty tissues after blowing her nose (germs!!). I had to gently impose to open the window to clear a bit the air. The point is that it becomes a health issue for all the guests. Also the cleaning which is done every day should not be optional when one person in the room says like no thanks, it should be done either way.

Great location close to everything Montmartre has to offer. Had booked superior double twin, room was small but clean and had a tiny balcony. On the website they advertised this room type with a tub in the room and seemingly much larger which I found very disappointing - they only have one room like that. Bed was very much on the hard side so I had some trouble sleeping well. Decor in the room was friendly and bright even if parts of the main areas seemed a little dated and uninviting. Practical location wise so we might return but nothing made this stand out in a very positive way.

Have bad smell on the room There's only have 3 plug for 6person! and all plug position is far from bed (and one of the plug is beside the door, unable to use as u can't close/open the door). The 6 bed dorm is 2+2+2, is good, but toilet/both room in one of the room, and it's not convenient to enter, finally, I need to go outside for toilet. The bed make sound on every move.

The male staffs where good.
The toilet and bathroom been together in the dorm was a bad idea and it is so small that to have your bath was always a problem with the water splashing on the floor? The toilet are never flushing well that you get tired of reporting the same issue? I made a mistake ticking a mixed dorm, wasn't aware of that when I checked in realised my mistake the woman insisted that I must stay that it was my fault? Fine, I agreed that was my first time it can happen to anyone what stops her changing it for me, wasn't happy about it. She gave me the keys to open the door, when i asked if she could help she said i have to go and try it first and if I can't before she would help? Like seriously, does she know the stuff am going through as of that time? She never offered towel or toiletries to me but she did to other people.
