Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, especially in the Marais, and consistently highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness and stylish decor were also appreciated, with several guests noting comfortable beds and quiet rooms. However, a few reviews mentioned that some rooms were small or dark, and breakfast received mixed feedback. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel highly recommended by most guests.
