Pros (+) Excellent location. Room was clean.
Cons (-) Rooms are small. Didn't matter much to me since I was travelling on my own and on business. There isn't a really good place to hang a towel in the bath. Bring your own bottles of shampoo, etc. They only provide little "ketchup-type" packets. Not particularly soundproofed and not much of a view.
