Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went out of their way to assist. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few noted minor issues. However, many guests found the rooms to be quite small, and some felt the value for price could be improved.
